The ASPIS OS traditionally features a poster session full of quality-driven content, aimed at engaging the attendees in lively and informative discussions. The main poster session will be held in the lobby area in the evening of the first day of the conference, following the end of the main agenda. The session will be hosted and coordinated by the members of the ASPIS Academy – network of Early-Stage Researchers, members of the ASPIS cluster. Poster presenters should be by their posters throughout the session to discuss their posters. A democratic vote for the best poster will be held.

If you indicated that you will present a poster at the meeting:

• Please familiarize yourself with the contents of the instructions for poster presenters (available on the ASPIS website);
• Fill out this poster submission form with the requested information;
• Poster proposals meeting the quality and content requirements will be accepted on a first come, first served basis until the maximum number (43) is reached or until 31st August 2024.
