The California Energy Commission and Strategic Growth Council request your Tribe’s participation in the California Tribal Gap Analysis (CTGA) questionnaire being led by Prosper Sustainably LLC. CTGA project report recommendations will be based on input from participating Tribes and are anticipated to have a meaningful impact on future State funding and assistance for Tribes in the areas of clean energy and climate change. Tribes that participate will also learn more about available funding opportunities and other resources that can support their goals. To register your Tribe to complete the questionnaire, please fill in the registration form below.
All California Native American Tribes, regardless of recognition status or land holdings, are invited to participate.

About the Project
The purpose of the California Tribal Gap Analysis is to identify tribal priorities, needs, and barriers in the areas of clean energy and climate change adaptation and resilience, and to provide recommendations for the development and enhancement of State of California programs, funding, technical assistance, and other support to address tribal needs and priorities. The California Tribal Gap Analysis also seeks to advance collaboration and build relationships between Tribes and State agencies to support current and future Tribal-State partnerships and grant programs.
The lead contractor implementing the CTGA project is Prosper Sustainably LLC with support from the UCLA Luskin Center for Innovation, GC Green, Sage Energy Consulting, and Dr. Shasta Gaughen. The CTGA contract is being administered by the California Strategic Growth Council with funding from the California Energy Commission. The SGC and CEC make up a State Committee overseeing the CTGA project.
