Scalar Call for Papers (ends Feb 15th!)
The sixth edition of Scalar is a two-day Scala conference that is going to take place on the 5th and 6th of April 2019 in Warsaw, Poland. For more details see: http://scalar-conf.com/.

We are looking for anything that you think might be interesting for current and future Scala programmers. Are you using Scala in a novel way? Maybe you contribute to a Scala open-source library? Or you are using Scala in production and would like to share your experiences from the field? Or maybe you're not using Scala at all, but you're working on a distributed/big&fast-data/ML/... system, which might be interesting for a Scala developer?

Our main goal is to start some interesting discussions during the breaks and the after party, and inspire people to explore Scala and the Scala ecosystem later at home. Hence we are aiming at 30-minute presentations.

New this year is a block of 5-minute case studies presentations. How do you write Scala? How to solve programming problems using the language? Do you have an interesting solution for everyday problems? If so - this type of session is for you.

Finally, we are also looking for longer workshop-style submissions. Advanced workshops will run in parallel to beginner sessions and vice versa, and should take about 90 minutes.

In case of any questions or doubts, just write us: scalar@scalar-conf.com; we'll be happy to help.

We will be accepting the best presentations on a rolling basis, so don't wait until the last moment!
