This is a collective of teacher leaders, instructional coaches, curriculum specialists, and college instructions invested in dismantling of oppressive pedagogies to empower educators and learners. We seek to learn from and with each other as explore instructional and coaching frameworks.

For the 2021-2022 school year, gatherings will be held on the first Tuesday of the month starting at 7 pm CST via Zoom. Gatherings typically last 1 to 1.5 hrs
