TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment Policy:

   • Please settle any remaining balance on or before the provided Deadline of Payment (DOP).
   • A late payment penalty of PHP 50 per day will be added for overdue balances.

2. Refund Policy:

   • Refunds will only be issued if:
     • The item is out of stock (for pre-order items only).
     • The KR/JP seller or site fails to ship certain items (this is a rare occurrence).

3. Unboxing Video Requirement:

   • "NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO PROOF / NO REFUND."
   • Customers must record an unboxing video starting with the waybill clearly visible and continue until the parcel is fully opened. This is required to verify any issues such as missing or damaged items.
   • Submit the unboxing video if you encounter problems, and we will do our best to resolve them.

4. Lost Parcels:

   • We are not liable for lost parcels (local or international) as these circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Missing Inclusions / Production Defects:

   • Our shop is not responsible for any missing inclusions caused by production errors.
   • Similarly, we are not liable for defects, damages, or delays resulting from local or international shipping.

6. Scratches on Photocards:

   • Minor scratches on LD PCs, clear PCs, holo PCs, and similar items are considered normal due to the materials used during manufacturing.

7. Condition of Items:

   • We always strive to disclose the condition of items as provided by the seller or site.
   • Undisclosed flaws caused by local or international shipment are beyond our control, and we will not issue refunds or partial compensation for such issues.

8. Buyer Expectations:

   • Please manage your expectations as we do not accommodate sensitive buyers.
