How do you want your name on your diploma?  Make sure when you type it out it has NO TYPOS and includes any accent marks.  If you don't know how to type the accent marks just make a note next to your name (like, put an accent mark over the e or if your last name is something like McNuggett - let me know if you want the c low or high)  ALSO, here are the choices you can use: First & Last, First Middle Last or First Middle Initial Last.  Feel free to add jr. or a roman numeral to any of the options if it applies.  No you can not use nicknames, I don't care if people call you Spike. Remember it is a legal document, and more and more jobs are asking to see actual diplomas. *
Will you be purchasing a cap & gown for graduation?  The only reason your answer should be NO is if you are not intending to go to the graduation ceremony. Please be sure that if you are using a siblings or friends gown you have everything you need including the gold stole. *
What size adult t-shirt do you wear? You know...in case the need arises that we have to know. Be sure you choose wisely because often these cannot be switched for another size. *
