Invitation to "Friends of LNX" Event
We are excited to invite you to join us for "Friends of LNX" to learn more about our journey and mission to empower and support young people across South London.
After Lennox Youth Club had been closed for over a decade, Joseph Lagden took the bold step of securing the lease from the council and LNX was born. Through his dedication, efforts and after raising over £100,000, the space has been transformed into a state-of-the-art gym, which has become a central hub for the community. Today, we provide free boxing sessions for young people on the Lennox Estate and are ready to expand our services to help even more individuals across the community. Lara Milward has come onboard to lead friends of LNX and support our community initiatives that are based out of the gym.
The evening will provide insight into how we got to where we are today and what we aspire to become. It will also serve as an opportunity for like-minded individuals to meet, discuss ideas, connect, and dream together about how we can further support the next generation of young people in South London.
