I acknowledge that by participating in the Kountry Kickers Clogging Team, I agree to follow all YMCA rules, policies, and regulations, as well as the Clogging Group's Bylaws, policies, and code of conduct. I understand that I am expected to conduct myself in a respectful, safe, and responsible manner during all practices and group activities. I further grant permission to the Clogging Group to photograph, videotape, or otherwise record me (or my minor child) and to use those images and recordings for promotional and informational purposes, including on social media, the group's website, newsletters, printed materials, and other marketing or promotional publications without compensation.
