Currently some District Attorneys and Judges—particularly in the Albuquerque area—are especially lenient when it comes to catch and release. Do you believe criminals should not be able to circumvent the justice system because of catch and release?

Due to the legalization of marijuana we are seeing an increase in younger children trying cannabis. How should the Governor and the legislature addressed this issue?
