One Community Project Values Feedback

The One Community Project’s draft values statements were created from input gathered over four months of community engagement, during which hundreds of Leadville and Lake County community members shared what matters most to them about life here. This phase included over 800 individual interactions, including more than 600 values surveys submitted by community members.

Our goal is for these values to reflect the spirit of Leadville and Lake County. It's your turn to review the values and tell us, did we get it right?

We value our connection to the mountains, water, sky, and open space surrounding us that gives us a deep appreciation of the natural world and fosters a sense of responsibility to care for it, ensuring future generations can enjoy the same beauty and sense of home they give us today.
