HARASSMENT: one sided remarks or contact that continues after the victim has asked for them to stop. Examples include but are not limited to:A)Unwelcome sexual advances, gestures, comments or contactB) ThreatsC) Offensive JokesD) Ridicule, Slurs, Derogatory action or remarks
BULLYING: includes but is not limited to written, oral or electronic expression or a physical act or gesture directed at a student or students thatA) Physically harms a student or places that student in fearB) Creates an intimidating or hostile educational environment or interferes with academic performanceC) Is based on race, color, ancestry, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, physical or mental disability or another distinguishing personal characteristic such as socioeconomic status, age, physical appearance, weight or family status.
