Hugo Food Shelf Food Sign-up (COVID-19)
Use this form to let us know when you are planning to arrive for food pick-up. Food will be pre-packed into boxes based on household size with quantities for two weeks. Each household may come to the food shelf every two weeks until normal operations are re-established. Boxes will contain non-perishable fresh items where possible and non-perishable items.
