Please use this form to let us know when you are planning to arrive for food pick-up. Each household may come to the food shelf for a monthly full shop once a calendar month and weekly for Bread & Produce shopping on the other weeks of the month.
If you are a brand-new client looking to get set up for service, please use #900 as a one-time client ID#. Once you get here your first time and fill out paperwork, we will assign you your very own client ID# for moving forward.
Holiday Handout Signup Time!!! You need to come in to the food shelf to sign up in order to make sure all paperwork is completed prior to signing up. there are different dates for each sign up. Please take note of dates listed below. We will not be accepting any signup over the phone, you need to be in person. Thank you.
