Multnomah County's Department of Assessment and Taxation is conducting a rental and expense survey for the your property and similar properties located in Multnomah County. Each year, the assessor is required to determine a Real Market Value for all real property. Our appraisers will be out conducting site visits over the next few months during our reappraisal effort. Complete and accurate data would be appreciated. Please include any additional information you feel is important and should be considered in estimating market value of your property, e.g. lack of parking, excessive vacancy, deferred maintenance, etc. We will consider these factors in our market analysis.
