Deadline for Class X Application: May 15, 2023

Read the entire application carefully. Be sure you meet the eligibility requirements BEFORE you apply. Answer all questions carefully. Submission of the electronic application will indicate your signature.

If you are self-employed: please identify three individuals who are familiar with your capabilities as demonstrated by your current leadership roles in your community. Please send those three individuals the recommendation form to complete.

If you are not self-employed: please identify two individuals other than your current employer who are familiar with your capabilities as demonstrated by your current leadership roles in your community. Please send those two individuals the recommendation form to complete. Due to the significant time commitment RLND requires, your employer will also need to complete the employer release form and a recommendation form, which will be sent to them after you complete the application.

You will also need to complete the application essay questions (available online), upload your resume (available online), complete the self-assessment (available online), and sign the Memorandum of Understanding (which will be sent to your email after you complete your application).

Forms can be submitted online or mailed directly to the RLND office. Your application must be submitted by May 15, 2023.

Recommendation forms must be submitted or postmarked by May 15, 2023 to Rural Leadership North Dakota.
