Summer 2 mile Run!
Map a 2 mile course. Your goal is to try to 1) Complete the entire 2 miles. 2) Attempt to complete the 2 miles under 20 minutes. You have until July 13 to complete.
Pay attention to the heat: early morning runs are the best. (Do NOT run in mid afternoon heat!)
Make sure someone knows your route.
Bring water with you.
It is best to do this with a buddy or have someone ride a bike alongside of you.
