Terms and Conditions
CAMP DESIGN:
- Campers will learn riding skills, but also will learn how to feed, groom, and complete chores on working horse farm. Because of this, camp will run regardless of the weather, even on days when riding may not be possible due to rain or heat. Campers will be scheduled for one ride per day, but we do not guarantee any particular number of rides or amount of time each student will spend mounted.

COST and PAYMENT DETAILS:
- The cost for Horsemanship Camp is $525 per camper per week.
- The cost for the CIT program is $200 per week.
- An invoice will be sent via email after recieving your registration. (Payments must be made online through the link on the emailed invoice. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks.)
- FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM REGISTRATION. The slot for your child will be released to others if payment is not made within two weeks of receiving your invoice.

REFUND POLICY:
- Refunds are not available for missed camp days because of weather, changes in work schedules, vacations, sick days, etc.

- Cancellation request received 21 or more days prior to the start date of the first day of camp may receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee per session.

- Refund requests received 20 or fewer days prior to the start date are not eligible for a refund. If a medical emergency occurs during camp, a doctor's written verification will be needed within 24 hours for a pro-rated refund. Requests received after the camp session ends will not be granted.
