The video begins with a copy-written Lymphatic opening led by Sherry Lebed David, co-founder of the program. The program is a great general workout for everyone, but especially for persons with immune based chronic conditions. The movements can be done seated and standing and are not aerobic. Viewers should only do as much of the program as they feel up to at the time. Viewers should check with their physician before starting any exercise program.

This Healthy-Steps class will help you with balance, flexibility, transition, coordination, relieving frozen should, opening your lymphatic system, reducing swelling, increasing your immune system health, increasing your energy level, and.decreasing stress and anxiety. If you can't attend a live Healthy-Steps class, this is an excellent alternative. You should check with a physician before starting any new exercise program.

Thriving after Breast Cancer (Book) - $20.00
This book written by Sherry Lebed Davis describes and explains the logic behind many of the exercises used by the Healthy-Steps program. Most chapters present clear descriptions of stretches, dance routines and "healing visualizations or meditations". Photos accompany the descriptions to show the correct positions for the movements. Some chapters show exercises for increasing shoulder range of motion, improving energy levels, and strength building. These exercises can be done seated or standing and help maintain a healthy lymphatic system.
