Your service as an interpreter for Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences is needed and appreciated! Spring Conferences will take place via ZOOM or phone. During the weeks of March 1 - 4 and 8 - 11 conferences generally begin at 3:pm and are over by 7:00pm. If you are not available to serve the entire time period you will be asked to indicate the times that you are available on the days that you have selected.
March 1 -4, Monday - Thursday
If you are wanting to serve as an interpreter on the days above, however, you are unable to volunteer for the entire time period, please indicate the times you are available, e.g., Monday, March1,  3 - 6, Tuesday, March 2, 4 - 7.
March 8 - 11, Monday - Thursday
If you are wanting to serve as an interpreter on the days above, however, you are unable to volunteer for the entire time period, please indicate the times you are available, e.g., Monday, March 8  3 - 6, Tuesday, March 9, 4 - 7.
The conferences during the week of March 15 -18 generally begin at 4:00pm and end by 7:30.  Please, select the days you are available to serve this week.
March 15 - 18, Monday - Thursday
If you are wanting to serve as an interpreter on the days above, however, you are unable to volunteer for the entire time period, please indicate the times you are available, e.g., Monday, March 15,  4 - 6, Tuesday, March 16, 5:30 - 7:00.
We ask all first time volunteers to participate in a short orientation meeting.  If you are a first time volunteer, please select the time and date that you are available to participate in an orientation meeting. You will be sent an invitation to a Zoom Meeting as we draw closer to the dates.
