Please use this form to register your student for the 2026 West Side Band Festival. This event is free and will take place on Saturday, April 25 from 9:00AM to 3:30PM. This form must be completed by a parent or guardian for the purpose of gathering emergency medical information.
Students will be separated into two performing groups: Developing and Proficient. It is recommended that grades 5 and 6 participate in the Developing group, while grades 7 and 8 participate in the Proficient group, but you may choose either group at your discretion or the advice of your band director.
