Each club must have one President, one Vice President, one Secretary, and one Treasurer. For this application, you are only required to fill out information for one President and one Vice President, if you already have your Secretary and Treasurer positions figured out, you may fill those sections out too. These four people may appoint additional people to their club cabinet as needed (i.e. Publicity Commissioner, President Assistant, e.t.c.).
This application will be invalidated if multiple people are listed for one position (NO CO-PRESIDENTS), or if the above rules are not followed. Please do not put "N/A" for required fields as this will invalidate the application.
