According to the Kent County Clerk, 363,695 people voted in the 2020 general election, a majority of them (about 60%) by absentee ballot. This "grassroots audit" is a simple attempt to validate these reported numbers. The clerk has provided a voter list, (publicly available by FOIA request), of names and addresses of everyone who voted in the county.
