Although our Years 7 to 10 classes are fully-subscribed, Cobham Free School can accept In-Year Applications at any time for the academic year starting in September 2025.

Applicants to whom places are offered will be required to inform the Headteacher of their decision within 14 days. Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of the offer of a place.

Before starting to complete this form, you should ensure you have all the required information readily to hand, including:
- the child's full name, address, date of birth, current year group
- the child's current school, headteacher, address and contact details
- whether the child is pupil premium, has an EHCP or is/was looked after
- name, date of birth of siblings (if any) at or also applying to Cobham Free School
- name, relationship, address and contact details of the parent/guardian who is completing this form

You will not be able to save the form and return to it later - it needs to be completed in one session and then submitted.

As the records will be entered into a secure database, you will not be sent a copy of the completed form and will also not be able to print it (except by printing each page as you complete it). You will need to keep your own record of details entered on this form.
