Winter Walk & Roll to School Day (February 5th) Incentive Ordering

Orders must be submitted to Shane Nevius (PPS Safe Routes to Schools Coordinator) through this form by 5pm Monday, 1/27, to be delivered before February 5th.

You can order items up to a total of 15 points “value”, this is our way of limiting orders so that we have enough for all schools. For example, if you order one pack of reflective shoelaces (5 points each) and two packs of shoelace wings (5 points each), you use all 15 points.
