Girls Rock! Chicago 2017 ShredShop Application
It's finally here! A chance to experience the magic of camp during the year! Starting in 2017, Girls Rock! Chicago will facilitate one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) of workshops at Josephinum Academy in Wicker Park. Workshops will expand upon topics we cover at camp, including DIY recording, live sound setup, guitar instruction, DJing, and MUCH MUCH MORE!

Come join us for one workshop, or all day! It's up to you!

Intro to Vinyl DJing

Join us for an overview of our DJ program at GR!C Rock Camp. The amazing DJ instructor and GR!C Board member, Sarah Frier, will be teaching the the fundamentals of vinyl DJing and how to setup your own personal rig. Participants will leave with an understanding of DJ basics and get tips for how to buy their own equipment.

Bystander Intervention Training for Teens
with the People's Response Team

Girls Rock! Chicago is striving to find more ways to support our community by taking action against oppression and we greatly appreciate PRT sharing their work with us! Join us for a bystander intervention training focusing on the different intersections of oppression, including race, gender, religion, and class and how to stand up for yourself and your community members when met with oppression.
