Set up will begin at 8am Saturday 5/10/2025 and again on Sunday 5/11/2025 at 8am, and we ask that you are completely set up and ready to sell by 10am, gates open at 11am and all vendor setup vehicles must be out of the vendor area by 10:30. Event times are 11am-5pm on both Saturday and Sunday. Spaces will be assigned on the day of the event, a map of the venue, vendor area and parking will be emailed to you prior. This is a family friendly event. Vendors will be approved or denied based on the vendor need, duplication or vendor or availability of space. Applications must be submitted by April 11th, 2025. Make sure you answer the questions below regarding what type of vendor you are and the name of your business. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. Currently we do not have power ran to our vendor area. Food trucks will be limited approval($100 fee). Food snacks will be considered (peanuts, popcorn, lemonade etc.) Once approved, you will be sent a payment link with payment options. 10x10 booths are $50 for both weekend days. Larger booth sizes are available if needed, please indicate below. Payment is due no less than 2 weeks before the event starts.
APPLICATION PROCESS: We reserve the right to accept products or companies that we feel will add variety and interest as well as compliment our other vendors in order to maintain a quality event. You must submit photos of your items on this form or by putting a link to your website, Facebook Page or Etsy Shop. Or email photos to branfordfarmstand@gmail.com. Applications must be submitted online. Limited number of vendors per category.
BOOTH DISPLAY: Vendor’s booth must not interfere with adjacent vendors in any way unless they have given you permission. All of the vendors booth and display, including chairs, must be placed within the confines of the space.
SET-UP AND BREAK DOWN: Upon arriving, check in at the Information Booth. You must be completely set up by the time specified, late arrivals will not be accepted. You must remain completely set up during show hours. No packing up early. No vehicles to be brought up to vendor area before close of the event. There is a parking lot that al vehicles should be moved to after set up.
Cancellation and refunds: If we cancel the event because of weather, we will notify you of the new date of event. If the event is not rescheduled or you cannot make the make-up date you will be issued a refund. If you do not show up to the event you will not be refunded. If you cancel at least two weeks prior to the event, you will receive a refund minus a $20 convenience fee.
