HOCKEY TOURNAMENT BEING HELD DURING THE NEW SAREPTA AG SOCIETY FAIR DAYS June
20- 22, 2025. THE TOURNAMENT WILL BE HELD IN THE NEW SAREPTA AGRIPLEX ARENA ON
SATURDAY, JUNE 21st.

PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE VIA ETRANSFER OR CHEQUE.
Be sure to include the registration form, payment in full
and waiver for EACH player. Registration deadline is Friday, June 13, 2025. Player Fee is $35 EACH – with a MIN of 4 players and a MAX of 7 players. Late registration will be accepted provided there are tournament spots all

We encourage all teams to wear matching shirts or jerseys.

REGISTRATION
Register as a team only (min 4 players, max of 7).
Registration will be for Division 1 (players aged 6-9), Division 2 (players
aged 10-12) and Division 3 (players aged 13-15) All games will be scheduled
based on registration numbers and level. All players must have a permission
form signed to participate in the event.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:
CSA approved hockey helmet with mask, gloves and stick are REQUIRED for all participants. Eye protection, mouth guards, and shin guards are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS.
Goaltenders need their own goaltender equipment. The Referee reserves the right to reject the use of this
equipment if it is deemed unsafe, or unfair to the opposing team. Pads may be
no
wider than 13”.
Game slots will be 25 minutes in length, this includes your warm up, breaks, etc. A buzzer will sound
every 25 minutes notifying the rinks to switch games so it
is
necessary for teams to be dressed and able to enter the rink at the buzzer. Therefore, it is advised that teams arrive 15 minutes early to
ensure they are ready.
