IACFS/ME Attendee Virtual Scientific Conference Survey
Because of US laws related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the IACFS/ME Board made the difficult decision to cancel our June 2020 conference at Stony Brook University in New York.  In lieu of that meeting, we are considering a modified version of the conference using an online platform like Zoom, Blue Jeans, Skype, etc. We would like to know your thoughts before proceeding with such an action.

All survey responses will be kept ANONYMOUS. If you would like to, you may put your name/ contact info in Item #7.

THANK YOU for taking our survey!
