WHAT IS A COACHING POD ?

A community of educators supported by a coach.
Pod meets bi-weekly 4 times over a term.
Small group size (max 6 educators per Pod).
Coach shares tools you can use in your school.
Time to practice and receive feedback using the tools.
Set goals and action them in your schools.
Participants receive group and 1:1 coaching.

Facilitated by Sarah McLean, ACC - Sarah is a certified organizational coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She is an experiential educator in our ISEEN community and facilitates our Community

Engagement Professional Affinity Group.

WINTER TERM PODS
Pod A: 4:00-5:15pm PST
Biweekly on Mondays after school: January 29, February 12, February 26, March 11

Pod B: 9:30-10:45am EST
Biweekly on Wednesday mornings: January 31, February 14, February 28, March 13

$199 for ISEEN Members; $249 non-ISEEN Members
