Application Deadline for being a Crawl Stop, Crawl Card sponsor, Bronze, Silver or Gold Series Sponsor is April 14, 2017. Late applications may will be taken, but we cannot guarantee your place on printed material. Event Sponsors may continue to be taken through out the 2017 season, if space is available. We will not consider your application if it is not complete with payment.
This event will be held from 5p to 9p. Different from last year, Crawl Stop businesses are not required to stay open until 9p if the crowds are dying down at 8/8:30p, but we say if the party is still going why close early! Vendors in a booth space are asked to stay until 8:30p. If you must leave early due to special circumstances, please make prior arrangements with the TR Town & Art Crawl organizers before breaking down your booth.
This is a rain or shine event, therefore no refunds will be given! There are no rain dates scheduled. The sun will be setting earlier as the event enters fall/winter times. Vendors outside should be prepared with tent lights.
Taxes: South Carolina law requires that all businesses pay sales tax on their revenue from events. It is each individual’s responsibility to make sure that they claim their income and collect sales tax. Businesses without a Travelers Rest Business License need to secure a peddlers license for the events they plan to attend and take payments. If your business is planning on attending 3 or more events during the series it would be more budget friendly to get a Travelers Rest Business License for the year, which would allow you to attend any event during the 2017 series. Peddlers License and Business License forms are available at the Travelers Rest City Hall.
Sponsorship and Fees: All payments can be made by Credit Card/Debit Card via PayPal (preferred) or by check. We will email you an invoice once your application is submitted. Through this invoice you can pay online or via check sent to the mailing address listed on the invoice.

Release: You release the TR Town & Art Crawl organizers and all of its affiliates from any damage to your person or property that may occur as a result of participation in the TR Town & Art Crawl. This includes set up, break down, and the official hours of the event. We make every effort to provide a secure environment. You are solely responsible for all of your belongings, including inventory, tables, tents, chairs and your vehicle. Please do not leave valuables unattended. The TR Town & Art Crawl nor it’s affiliates are liable for any injuries sustained during the duration of this event. Once your application is accepted, you grant TR Town & Art Crawl to use images of your business for promotional purposes, including but not limited to online and print media. During participation in our event you grant permission to have photographs taken of you and your business for the purpose of advertising and promotion online, in print and otherwise.
