Expand your knowledge of yoga and integrate yogic techniques and principles into everyday life. This comprehensive course is focused on cultivating and supporting noble qualities while opening the way to inner happiness.
  • 6 month program - approximately 25 weekly meetings, Sundays - 1.5 hours each
  • Meeting times: 8:30am PST, US / 16:30h Portugal / 18:30 Israel ST  

  • An in depth study of The Sacred Tradition of Yoga, with weekly reading and small group discussions 

  • Live and recorded talks with Dr. Jois, Ācārya and senior BYD teachers.

  • Jivana Yoga practice - prānāyāma, maunasadhānam (silence practice) and śavāsana (relaxation). 

  • Weekly handouts for personal enrichment include key terms, questions and points of reflection

  • A course booklet
