Sunday, September 1st 11:00am-12:15pm Mindful Self-Compassion Orientation Session (please register; no charge)

The orientation is mandatory. Please contact us if you have schedule conflicts. If this time doesn’t work for you, there is an alternate orientation session on Wednesday, April 3 at 6pm.
