Petition on traffic congestion through Hipperholme

In June the West Yorkshire Investment Committee is considering whether or not award funding to help tackle the problem of traffic through Hipperholme. The plan would be to undertake a feasibility study. The study would look northward from Halifax on the A58, examine the wider transport network, and consider what options there are for different modes of transport. The idea would be to develop a full programme of interventions to help tackle the problems of congestion in the area.

We the undersigned petition the West Yorkshire Investment Committee to award this vital funding to Calderdale Council.
