Student Day User / Opt-Out Form 2018-19
This form is for those parents/guardians that wish to opt-out of the districts 1:1 Digital Leaning movement take home initiative and wish that their child becomes a day user.

As per the Digital Learning Handbook Glossary: A Day User is a student that is only allowed to use an electronic device while on campus.

NOTE: This DOES NOT exempt parent/guardian/student from charges caused by damage done to the device while it is in the students possession at school or in class.
