With so many members, ministries, and community groups occupying our facilities, the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection (LCR) must schedule and control their usage responsibly. In order to utilize LCR’s building, you and your group must apply for permission using this form. Please submit this form with any attachments to our Church Office. You may also be required to submit a Safety Deposit, sign a waiver of indemnification, provide a Certificate of Insurance listing LCR as the insured, and pay a user fee to be determined by LCR. (See “For Profit Use Policy”)
