Hey, We’re Colin and Samir, Two Creators who have been creating on YouTube together for the past 11 years. We are making a variety of content focused on educating and empowering the next generation of online content creators. 

We tell stories through long-form interviews and short documentaries and are always looking for the lessons and takeaways from each creators journey that we profile. 

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, highly skilled storyteller to join our team and help drive our post production on the Colin and Samir YouTube Channel. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Working with Colin and Samir to develop stories and angles based on content captured
  • Taking edits from raw footage to final crafted upload
  • Editing long form interview content as well as docu-style content 
  • Working with the Colin and Samir team to develop efficiencies in the post-production process. 
  • Involved in the pitch & development process for ideas and stories

  • Authentic interest in the creator economy and creator stories 
  • A fan of YouTube 
  • Passion for education through storytelling 
  • Highly skilled in the adobe creative suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) 
  • Flexibility to adapt with changing timelines and deliverables
  • Great communication skills to ensure smooth project operations
