2020 Sponsorship Application - Candler Park Music Festival
**Rescheduled for Labor Day Weekend - September 5 and September 6**

The 2020 Candler Park Music Festival will be held Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6 at Candler Park located at 1500 McLendon Ave NE in Atlanta, GA.

Festival Sponsorship is a unique opportunity to make a brand connection with our audience, creating a genuine relationship before, during and after the event. If your business is looking to engage your brand through an on-site activation, please fill out the application below.

Tier 1:
- 10' x 10': $2,500
- 10' x 20': $3,500
- Up to 20' x 30': $6,500

A few rules to keep in mind…..
- Only one brand per activation space - sharing not permitted.
- Food & Beverages may not be sold from a Marketing Activation.
- Food & Beverage sampling is permitted for a fee of $2,000.
- Evidence of Insurance Required (Minimum General Liability limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence).

Festival Hours:
We ask that vendors be present at their booth throughout the entire event.

Load In:
- Friday, September 4 - 10:00am -7:00pm
- Saturday, September 5 - 8:00am - 10:00am

Event hours:
- Saturday, September 5 - 12:00pm - 11:00pm
- Sunday, September 6 - 12:00pm - 10:00pm

Load Out:
- Sunday, September 6 - immediately after event
