I am submitting this form to express my support for the P3 Roxbury Team, led by My City at Peace ("MyCAP") and The HYM Investment Group ("HYM"), to be designated as the Developer of Parcel P3.

The P3 Roxbury Team is comprised by an experienced and diverse group of professionals who have spent their careers working to improve the Roxbury community and the City of Boston.

I am enthusiastic about the P3 Roxbury Team's bold vision for the site. They will deliver several compelling benefits to the Roxbury community including: hundreds of truly affordable homeownership and rental opportunities; thousands of good paying jobs in the booming life sciences industry and building trades; training courses to make said jobs accessible to members of the Roxbury community; a new permanent home for King Boston to honor and advance the MLK Jr. and Coretta Scott King's social and economic justice work; greater inclusion of and equity for a diverse group of local M/WBE-owned businesses and investors; and a vibrant and dynamic street level energized by local small retail businesses, public art, and beautiful landscaping.

With a collaborative spirit and deep experience working on these types of projects in this community, I am confident that the P3 Roxbury Team is the right group to revitalize Parcel P3 and reintegrate the site back into the fabric of the larger Roxbury community.
