The goal of the Belgian Esports Federation is to facilitate, encourage and monitor the development and practice of esports in Belgium.
To do this, it is of the utmost importance to bring together as much stakeholders of our Belgian esports scene as possible.
A federation can only function well if it has the support of the members of the sector it represents and actively involves them in their processes. Therefore the BESF makes a clear commitment to enable and encourage all stakeholders of the Belgian esports scene to participate in its operation. The direction, priorities and position of the BESF should be decided by the stakeholders as the result of a structural, participatory process. This participatory process ought to be the heart of the BESF.
We recognize that the BESF hasn't yet done enough to involve the stakeholders. Therefore, we will be organizing a series of stakeholder meetings to inform you about the current state of affairs and to make decisions regarding the operations of the BESF and the upcoming priorities and action points.
