Vaelluksen ehdot / Terms for the hike
Ilmoittautuessani SOOPA ry:n vaellukselle hyväksyn seuraavat ehdot:
- Jäsenmaksu ja osallistumismaksu tulee olla maksettu 1.11. mennessä.
- Ymmärrän, että SOOPA ry ei ole lain tarkoittama matkatoimisto ja siten ei ole vastuussa vaelluksen tapahtumista tai mahdollisista onnettomuuksista. Osallistun vaellukselle omalla vastuullani.
- Pidän huolta omista ja lainatuista varusteista.
- Ymmärrän, että SOOPAn tapahtumat ovat päihteettömiä.
- Varmistan, että varusteeni ovat riittäviä vaellusta varten.  
- jos sairastun ennen vaellusta, kerron siitä heti järjestäjille
- SOOPA pidättää oikeuden jättää ilmoittautunut pois vaellukselta, jos katsomme, ettei varustus tai taidot ole riittäävät

By signing up for a hike organised by SOOPA I agree to the following terms:
- I will pay membership fee and hike fee in time before 1.11.
- I understand that SOOPA is not what Finnish law sees as a travel organiser and as such is not responsible for any accidents that may occur during the hike. I participate on my own risk.
- I will look after my own and borrowed equipment.
- I will remember that all SOOPAs events are alcohol-free.
- I will make sure that my equipment is good enough for this hike.
- If I get ill before the hike I will tell organizers asap
- SOOPA reserves the right to leave a registered hiker out of trip if it is considered that the hiking skills or hiking gear are insufficient

Toukokuun 25. päivä voimaan astuu EU:n tietosuoja-asetus. Sen päivän jälkeen kaikkien henkilötietoja sisältävien rekisterien tulee olla tietosuoja-asetuksen mukaisessa kunnossa ja niitä täytyy käsitellä tietosuoja-asetuksen mukaisesti. SOOPAn vaellusilmoittautumisessa kysytään henkilötietoja, joten niistä tiedoista muodostuu henkilörekisteri. Asetuksen johdosta olemme tehneet muutoksia lomakkeeseen, tietojen käsittelyyn ja ohjeistuksiin. Vaellukselle ilmoittautuminen edellyttää, että olet lukenut tietosuojaselosteen (erityisesti kohta 4.) ja annat suostumuksesi henkilötietojen tallennukseen. General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679
EU GDPR 2016/679 becomes enforceable on May 25th 2018. After that date every organization must obey GDPR requlation in that collecting and processing personal data. The objective of the regulation is to improve lawfulness and fairness of personal data processing and to strengthen and clear up rights of the person giving the personal data to the data controller. In this SOOPA hike sign-up form we ask personal data and therefore that data has to be processed according to the regulation. Because of that we have made some changes to sign-up form and processing guidelines. In order to participate you as the hiker are required to read our Privacy Policy (especially clause 4.) and give us the explicit permission to store and process your personal data.
