Welcome to Constellations School's Out Camps!
Please review the following information before completing the registration form below:
Supplies to bring/wear each day:
- Shoes that can be taken on and off independently and are comfortable for running and climbing
- Comfortable clothing/layers for the changing weather
- Water bottle
- Lunch
- Sun hat, sunscreen already applied and packed if extra applications are needed
-Extra clothes if a bathroom accidents, etc. are probable
Drop-off/Pick-up
We are located at 935 Alto Street. For everyone’s safety, please approach and depart slowly in your vehicle both in the neighborhood and in the parking lot. When leaving the parking lot, only right turns are permitted for zoning.
Please drop off your child/ren fed and dressed appropriately for the range of weather the day may offer between 8:50 and 9:05 a.m.
Pick up is between 2:50 and 3:05 p.m.
Fees Policy
After your registration is received, we'll email you an invoice. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
Absences
Please communicate absences via call, text or email to Juliana (505-428-8330, connect@constellationslearningsantafe.com) as soon as you are aware of them. Tuition is not pro-rated for absences of any kind, except as otherwise set forth herein. If an emergency arises, please communicate with Juliana about your situation.
We are so excited to share a space of fun and learning with your child/ren! While we expect to share joyful days together without incident or injury, it’s important that we have the following forms on file. Please fill out these forms completely with your child's information, your contact information, and health and safety agreements & authorizations.
