The BAUER Lab Research Assistant Application Form
The Behavior and Affect Underlying Emotion Research (BAUER) Lab examines cognitive and affective processes underlying emotion processing in adults. Highly motivated students are invited to join the lab and experience what it is like to conduct research. Responsibilities will include applying electroencephalography (EEG) equipment on adult participants, running sessions, recruiting participants, and helping with administrative duties. A minimum commitment of two semesters (volunteering a minimum of 6 hours per week) is required for consideration. You will be contacted if you have been selected for an in-person interview.

The BAUER Lab generally runs participants from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Individual sessions last 2-3 hours and it is preferable for RAs to be present for entire sessions (versus parts of sessions).
