It is understood that participation in this volleyball league sponsored by Penns Valley Park and Recreation Association (PVPRA) creates a risk of injury due to the nature of the sport and the condition of the playing area.  It is the responsibility of each participant to examine the court and area prior to each game to determine if they wish to participate in the game.  The PVPRA, Lions Club, and Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Park shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the volleyball league including, but not limited to, participation in the games on the sand volleyball court.  The participant agrees to indemnify the PVPRA, Lions Club, and Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Park against any claims arising from any injury that may be sustained.  Filling this form below signifies agreement with Release and League Rules by which to abide.  Minor must be 14 years of age or older to participate.  Any questions, please email millheimpool@gmail.com
