Registration for - Be Elite Hockey Fit Club x 1 session a week package - €50

6 week program to run from Monday May 9th to June 18th. Package entitles you to choose to come to either the monday or wednesday evening session each week. You will have to pay a €10 drop in fee for any sessions above the 1 session a week allocation.
All data submitted is private and confidential and will not be shared.
Cash to be paid on admission to first session and you will receive a receipt for the payment.
Applicants must be 16yrs old and over.
