Free Online Certificate Course on Yogic Cognition
This course will be offered on Google Classroom with recorded videos and 2 live sessions (October 10 and 17). Course content will be accessible only from October 5-18, 2020.
Course Components include Video Lectures, Practice Videos, Quizzes, Self-Reflection journals and 2 interactive live sessions (1 hrs each). Certificates will be provided to those who complete the quizzes and journal entries.

Sh. Adinarayanan and Smt. Smrithi Adinarayanan are founders of Anaadi Foundation. They have reached out to large number of students, teachers and families through their educational, sustainability, scientific and well-being based programs. With more than 2 decades of Yogic experience and rich experience in academia, both of them teach courses on Yoga and Inner Development at IIT Delhi.
Sh. Adinarayanan is an Adjunct Professor of Practice at NRCVEE, IIT Delhi. With global exposure and rooted in the parampara, Adinarayanan and Smrithi bring the essence of their tapasya, swadhaya and shraddha into all their program offerings. Adinarayanan has had the good fortune of spending more than 150 days in Mouna Tapasya in complete isolation and minimal food intake.
Smt. Smrithi has been a cognitive science researcher and has helped several students and teachers enhances their teaching-learning experience through programs on Edtech, Cognition and Yoga
Ms. Prajna Cauvery leads the Sustainability Initiatives at Anaadi Foundation. She is a practitioner of Yoga and a certified Yoga instructor.
