We are excited to invite you to our upcoming member event on Tuesday, October 15th where we will be attending the South Alabama vs. Troy game! This event promises to be a fun-filled evening with great company, food, and drinks, all while cheering on our hometown team. We have partnered with USA’s Office of Government Relations and already confirmed attendance of over 30 federal, state and local elected officials. 

If you are interested in joining us, you must be a current dues paying member. Tickets will be distributed prior to the game upon RSVP of attendance. RSVP’s must be received by October 1st.

Event Details: 

● Date: Tuesday, Oct.15th 

● Bus Pickup Locations: Rouses in Spanish Fort, Chamber of Commerce of Mobile, Rouses in Springhill 

● Departure Time: 3:45 (Spanish Fort), 4:15 (Mobile Chamber), 4:30 pm (Springhill) 

● Game Time: 6:30 pm

● Bus Return: We will have drop-off available during halftime and at the finale of the game Agenda: 

● 3:45 PM: Departure from Rouses in Spanish Fort, bus will leave no later than 4:00. 

● 4:15 PM: Departure from the Mobile Chamber of Commerce, bus will leave no later than 4:30. 

● 4:15 PM: Departure from the Rouses in Springhill, bus will leave no later than 4:30. 

● 5:15 PM: All buses will be at the Stadium by 5:15 pm. This is to ensure that we are able to make drop off close to the stadium entry. 

○ Stadium gates do not open until 5:00 pm. For those that arrive earlier than that, we will have a C150 tent set up for tailgating in the SW area near Gate 3 beginning at XX:00 pm. Enjoy beverages with fellow members before entering the stadium. 

● 6:30: Kickoff – South Alabama vs. Troy 

○ Enjoy exclusive terrace access with a private area for Coastal 150 members. 

○ Food and drinks will be provided.. (May need to wait until after we meet with Aramark… I know alcohol sales stop at some point…even in private areas….)

○ Network and engage with fellow members and our federal, state, and local officials. ● Half Time: First round of departure from the Stadium 

○ If you wish to leave at half-time, buses will make a drop off to all locations. Exit stadium at the start of the half-time show. 

● End of Game Return: All buses will leave the game promptly after the game, please exit immediately after the end of the game. Buses will leave 30 minutes after the end of the game. 

Important Notes: 

● If you plan to leave the game early, please notify us in advance and make your own arrangements for pick-up..(Uber can’t get to the front of the stadium… they have to pretty much get out near Old Shell road….) To notify of early departure, please text (205) 902-1205
