2017 Nonprofit Organization Application for Bioneers Change Makers Fair
The 2017 Bioneers Change Makers Fair is committed to showcasing the work of organizations that are working to build a more just and sustainable world. We invite you to join our community of leaders and connect with our audience of engaged, environmentally- and socially-conscious citizens.

Early Bird Rate until June 15th, 2017 $575, after June 15th $650

10’ x10’ Booth, (3 side walls) -- Includes canopy, walls, anchoring, one 6’ tables with linen, two (2) chairs, electrical power and wifi access.

Note: The Bioneers Change Makers Fair is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given for weather. Payment in full is required 30 days after application approval.

Conference passes are not included but are available at a substantial discount. See below for details.

Cancellation policy: 50% cancellation fee until September 1st. After September 1st, no refunds will be given. No refunds for inclement weather.

To Purchase Conference Passes
Your booth fee does not include conference passes. Discounted Conference passes are available to approved applicants at 50% off the purchase price for one ticket and 25% off the second ticket.

*Exhibitors may staff their booth with as many employees as necessary. The purchased conference passes may be shared by multiple staff members.
*Conference passes are required for admission to morning plenary sessions, afternoon sessions and film screenings. Conference passes are NOT required for entry into the conference grounds or any of the exhibition areas.
