3. You understand the risks associated with participation in snowsports and accept full responsibility for your decision to engage pupils in this activity.
4. You understand that SSSA event photography takes place at events and pictures may subsequently be posted online after the event.

Helpers Names *
The SSSA requires sufficient volunteer helpers at each event to allow them to run safe and efficient events. Please enter the name of the volunteer helper(s) provided by your school team. All training is given at a briefing on the morning of the event.
Photography
The SSSA often has official/appointed photographers/videographers present at events to capture the action. These photos will posted online in the public domain after the event and made available for purchase by parents. They may also be used for promoting future snowsports events by Snowsport Scotland or SSSA. If there are any children you wish to have omitted from photographs please note their names below. Please be aware that we have no control over the taking and publishing of photographs or video from unofficial sources.
What Next?

Please now PAY FOR YOUR ENTRIES ONLINE using the payment link on the event webpage and then BRING your payment confirmation email and a completed check-in sheet to the event.

NOTE: Entries not paid in advance cannot be accepted.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
