Na'amal trains refugees and host community members to secure dignified (remote) work. We train refugees in soft skills and, where possible, partner with organizations that provide technical training in skills suitable for remote work. The mentorship programme aligns with the training our talent receives and it provides them with more tailored support on their individual journeys to success.
The mentorship programme matches our refugee talent pool with experienced professionals in any field who have spent time working in remote settings and are willing to
volunteer their time. Mentors are required to commit to meeting with their mentees twice a month for an hour over the course of 5/6 months.
Selected mentors will be provided a short mentorship course and invited to an orientation session. Mentors further receive a curated mentorship guide that summarises the content from the training their mentees received and offers discussion prompts and activities that build on that content.
Mentors can contact the Na'amal Team for support throughout the duration of the programme.
Selected mentors will hear from us in due time!
