Before you get started:
1.) Review the grant guidelines (PDF document) provided on the website prior to completing this form. Set aside 20-25 minutes to complete the application, which must be done all at once. You will not be able to exit the form and save it. Grab a notebook or piece of paper to take notes as needed.
2.) Upon completion of this form you will receive a confirmation email as well as a copy of all of the questions and your answers. Please make sure to check your junk email folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us.
3.) Look for the SEC Tips along the way. These will help you fill out your application and provide you with further insight into what the adjudication committee is looking for.
• March 1 – for projects occurring between April 1 and July 31, 2018• June 1 – for projects occurring between August 1 and November 30, 2018• November 1 – for projects occurring between December 1, 2018 and March 31, 2019
*You may only apply for funding for one application per organization/community group per deadline. Example; the local TOWNZ library cannot apply twice and receive funding for two of their own programs that they submitted separately in the December 1 deadline. They would only be eligible to receive funding for one.
